Josh built and designed Mike’s Hammock for me and I can’t say enough about what a gem of a home he created. Being a smallish house,none of the rooms felt small or cramped. He had incorporated green building strategies to make it energy efficient. I’m elderly so the accessibility he built in was important.It was also beautiful to look at. He sited the house with the best views. He also made use of repurposed and recycled materials which helped limit the cost of construction. We were absentee clients as we did not live in Sarasota during the project so we had to lean on our contractor and architect heavily though the process - and both teams delivered.
